The working principle can be divided into: resistance heating evaporation vacuum winding coating equipment; induction heating evaporation vacuum winding coating equipment; electron beam heating evaporation vacuum winding coating equipment; magnetron sputtering vacuum winding coating equipment, etc. Among them, the electron beam heating vacuum winding coating equipment is used for large-scale evaporation of high-melting-point materials such as SiO2. The winding coating equipment based on the magnetron sputtering principle has a lower production efficiency, but has the advantages of a wide coating range and strong film adhesion.

CJRW series is mainly used in flexible circuit boards, ITO transparent conductive films, thin film capacitors, car films, thin film solar cells, flexible solar cells, etc. It adopts magnetron sputtering coating technology and is equipped with DC, medium frequency or radio frequency magnetron sputtering system, which is suitable for coating metal films, conductive films, total films, dielectric films, etc.

 

SFRW series adopts electron beam evaporation coating technology, which is suitable for coating transparent high-resistance packaging film, anti-counterfeiting film, fantasy film, optical film, dielectric film, etc. on the surface of PET, PVC, PI, CPP and other films.

 

ZFRW series is mainly used in printing packaging film, packaging paper, gold and silver wire, capacitor film, functional film, etc. The equipment adopts advanced high-frequency induction evaporation or continuous wire feeding evaporation technology, and the whole process is fully automatically controlled.
