9. Vacuum detection system, currently basically uses a composite vacuum gauge, a combination of thermocouple gauge + ionization gauge. This combination is easy to poison the ionization gauge when encountering a process filled with a large amount of gas containing C element, causing the ionization gauge to be damaged. 10. Vacuum power supply. The gap between domestic power supply and imported power supply is still quite obvious. Of course, the price is also more favorable. A domestic 20KW medium frequency power supply is about 80,000 yuan, and an imported medium frequency power supply is 200,000 yuan. The performance, reliability and stability of imported power supply will be better. Domestic power supply may be better than imported power supply in terms of service because it is produced in China.
11. Control system. Now many vacuum coating machines adopt full-automatic control, but there are still great differences in automatic control. Most of them are still in semi-automatic state. There are not many coating equipments that can truly realize full-automatic control and one-button operation. In addition, whether there is enough safety interlock in the operation and the functional module in the automatic control are also very different.
