4. Consider the capacity and quality of vacuum coating to choose a suitable vacuum coating machine. If you choose a small one, the output will not keep up. If you choose a large one, the price will be high on the one hand, and the overcapacity will cause waste of resources on the other hand. Moreover, too large equipment is not suitable for all products.
5. Site issues. Consider how large the vacuum coating machine is based on the requirements to consider how large an area is needed to install the equipment.
6. Does the vacuum coating machine manufacturer support the technology? Is there a maintenance service? The coating machine itself is a complex system, including vacuum, automation, machinery and other systems. The unreliability of any component will cause the instability of the system and bring inconvenience to production. Therefore, a stable equipment must ensure that every component selected is reliable. When many people buy coating machines, they will naturally compare that a 1 million coating machine and a 2 million coating machine may not have a very big difference in basic configuration, but it is the mastery of some tiny details that makes a stable performance coating machine. 8. There are basically two types of vacuum systems at present, one is the diffusion pump system and the other is the molecular pump system. The molecular pump system is a clean exhaust system, which does not have the oil return phenomenon of the diffusion pump, and the pumping speed is relatively stable, and it is more energy-saving. The electricity bill is a large part of the production and operation costs of coating companies. It is very important to regularly maintain the pump system, especially the regular replacement of lubricating oil. Pay attention to the choice of oil brand. Wrong choice can easily damage the vacuum pump.
9. Vacuum detection system, currently basically uses a composite vacuum gauge, a combination of thermocouple gauge + ionization gauge. This combination is easy to poison the ionization gauge when encountering a process filled with a large amount of gas containing C element, causing the ionization gauge to be damaged. If the process of plating a gas containing a large amount of C element, you can consider configuring a capacitor film gauge.
10. Vacuum power supply. The gap between domestic power supply and imported power supply is still quite obvious. Of course, the price is also more favorable. A domestic 20KW medium frequency power supply is about 80,000 yuan, and an imported medium frequency power supply is 200,000 yuan. The performance, reliability and stability of imported power supply will be better. Domestic power supply may be better than imported power supply in terms of service because it is produced in China.
11. Control system. Now many vacuum coating machines adopt full-automatic control, but there are still great differences in automatic control. Most of them are still in semi-automatic state. There are not many coating equipments that can truly realize full-automatic control and one-button operation. In addition, whether there is enough safety interlock in the operation and the functional module in the automatic control are also very different.
