Glass vacuum coating machine is an industrial equipment specially used to deposit one or more layers of thin film on the surface of glass bottles.

It uses physical vapor deposition technology under vacuum environment to achieve coating, and its main purpose is to give glass bottles new appearance or functional characteristics.

 

Decorative function

Metal film coating:

The most common ones are metal or alloy films such as aluminum, chrome, stainless steel, titanium, imitation gold, rose gold, etc., which make the glass bottle present a noble metallic luster (such as silver, gold, rose gold, gun color, etc.), improving the product grade and visual appeal.

 

Color film coating:

Various color effects can be achieved by controlling process parameters or using different targets.
