Our roll-to-roll (R2R) vacuum deposition system integrates magnetron sputtering and thermal evaporation processes. This 300mm web width machine supports continuous double-sided coating on metal foil substrates. It realizes uniform, repeatable vacuum coating for solid-state battery anode current collectors.
Compared with batch vacuum coating equipment, the R2R continuous coating line raises production efficiency significantly. It is suitable for pilot production and small-scale mass manufacturing of solid-state battery current collectors, supporting the industrialization of solid-state energy storage batteries.
