(4) Determining Spring Range – This involves spring range, initial working pressure, output force, stability, and adjustment.
(5) Material and Structure – This is the most crucial aspect. A skilled engineering designer
selects valve structures and materials that, while meeting functional requirements, result in a simple structure and the lowest possible price.
Conversely, spending a lot of money, even importing products, can lead to poor performance, with costs varying by 20-30 times.
Poor performance has even greater consequences, causing intermittent operation, economic losses, reduced production, and in some cases, rendering the valve unusable.
